Where will you park the truck/trailer?
Upon arrival we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes we can park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway.
Please keep in mind that our lounge assistant will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 65 feet of space to park and clearance to enter/exit neighborhood or site . Designated areas will become solution if area isn’t suitable for vehicles efficiency and safety. Additionally your lounge assistant will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval.
Is there a place for food?
In order to provide a safe and clean environment, please contain all food to the lounge area. Please keep in mind, the lounge does not have a dining table. We suggest that our guests eat before their event and enjoy beverages during their experience with Luxury Strike Bowling.
Are bowling shoes required?
Bowling shoes are not required in our facility.
Are we allowed to bring alcoholic beverages in the bowling alley?
Absolutely! Ice, cups and napkins are provided on site in addition to our 2 built in ice coolers to keep your beverages cold.
Is smoking allowed in the bowling alley?
Unfortunately no, we pride ourselves on a clean and smoke free environment. Please keep all smoking activities beyond 15 feet of the vehicle.
What areas do you service?
We service a 30 mile radius of our location in Southfield, MI. Engagements that exceed that radius are subject to an additional fee.
Can you accommodate apartment complexes?
Unfortunately no, if event location desirable will allow for safe and/or proper parking allowance a designated area near location for bowling vehicle operation will be required (parking lot, side street, park, etc.)
Do I have to tip the lounge assistant?
The lounge butler is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our luxury interactive experience . He/she takes great pride in assisting and accommodating you our best. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
What is your refund/ cancellation policy?
A valid credit card or debit card is required to book all reservations. ((((ALL DEPOSITS ARE 100% NON REFUNDABLE and only Transferable to a future available reservation.))))) We have a 100% non refundable deposit policy although event cancellations before 7 days of original reservation can rescheduled or a credit of deposit/event amount will be applied to customer account to be utilized for any available future reservation date. We will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty to another date should cancellation be necessary on or before scheduled event. In the event of reservation requested to be canceled within 7 days of your event, entire deposit will be forfeited.
I run a school, church or non-profit organization what do I need to know about tax deductions?
After you confirm your booking and pay your balance, let us know if you would like promotional materials, W-9 or Liability Insurance documents emailed or if you need our staff to fill out any vendor information.
